No matter how flamboyant her wigs and outfits become, Dolly Parton – the 5'2" country legend – is a Smoky Mountain girl at heart. When the 9 to 5 actress isn’t appearing on television specials with Carrie Underwood, she’s helping distribute more than 5 million free books to children through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library and promoting The Book Lady, a short film about her campaign for children’s literacy.
